My friend and I had sex for 1 week but she missed her period that should have to be on 15 of this month what is the way to have a confidencial solution for this because she just checked that she is pregnant and we both are in depression please suggest some pill no abortion please help us out.

I understand your situation. I will advise her to take tablet Mifepristone orally followed by tablet Misoprostol vaginally to abort safely.
