Medical Transcriptionist With Problem Of Neck Pain, Back And Hand

I am having neck pain that radiates to the back and hand. I had shown it to a local doctor nearby my house, he prescribed some painkillers and preferred physiotherapy , but the pain is still persisting. It has not been completely healed. My nature of work is medical transcriptionist and it involves hours sitting in front of computer. I just want to know what is the remedy for it

there is no just quick fix to the problem you are suffering  from. it takes time for the healing of the sore back muscles and it may be as minimum as 6 months. it is all because of the bad posture you are occupying at the office. first step is correct the posture. secondly as your doctor advised do physiotheraphy and improve the strenght of the weakened back muscle and if required take the pain medications as directed by the doctor.
