Medical History Of Cervical Polypectomy. Polyp Recurred, Did D&C. Got Heavy Bleeding. Now Uterine Fibroid. Suggestions?
hi,
my age is 43 years and have a son of 16 years . I have got my cervical polypectomy done 4 years back ,but again the polyp recurred and again got D&C and polypectomy done 1.5 years back.but the complains of pre-menstrual straining and heavy bleeding continued.recently from jan-march,2013,I was given Duoloton-L for treatment of Polyp.but the ultrasound report done after March,2013 showed development of uterine fibroids.and from April,2013 onwards Tab Sevista has been given ,twice a week.again ultrasound was done on May,2013 which showed "Bulky Uterus with multiple fibroids and the largest being 27X20 mm.also shows presence of small left ovarian cyst-size of 36X40 mm".please suggest what to be done?
