Medical Abortion, Breast Pain, Stomach Ache. Taken Cytolog Tablet. Normal Symptoms?

My friend s girlfriend consumed cytolog 200mg tablet for a 12 days pregnancy abortion . She went through bleeding and the fetus came out as expected including the pills. However, she has severe stomach ache and breast pain. Is this normal and part of the side effect expected for consuming this tablet or if this is something abnormal?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

She has taken drug for medical abortion for 12 days but at this gestation, I don't think there should be expulsion of any fetus. There should be bleeding only, may be with passage of some clots. If she has expelled and seen a fetus coming out, then gestation period must be more and you should consult a doctor procedure. So, she is having severe pain.
