Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports you have two fibroids in the the uterus.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.

You also have thickened endometrium. It needs clinical correlation and FNAC/Biopsy of endometrium. Treatment depend upon findings.

There is also simple cyst in right ovary measuring 3.0 x 3.7 x 2.2 cm.It need follow up scan.Simple ovarian cysts mostly doesn't require any treatment if it is asymptomatic.

You should consult your gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
