Meaning Of The Cervical MRI That Shows Prominent Left Disc Osteophyte Complex And Severe Foraminal Stenosis

I had a MVA as a pedestrian and the car was going 40 MPH that hit me and my Cervical MRI report states: "At C6-C7, there is a prominent left lateral disc osteophyte complex with uncinate hypertrophy, and a severe left - sided neural forminal stenosis. Note that the right - sided neural foraminal stenosis at this level also appears to be severe. There is thecal sac impingement particularly ventrally on the left, without cord impingement.
