HI,
Changes in the quality of your seminal secretions deserve a proper investigations. It suggest some kind of infection. It shall be desirable to visit a physician for a proper evaluation. Remember masturbation could predispose to testicular torsion and slightly increases the risk to infections form the surrounding skin.
If you consider restarting living in a couple or heterosexual sex, it could be desirable to start curbing on frequency of masturbation, for it might distort to an extent quality of heterosexual sex desire and quality.
Hope this helps and great day,
Luchuo, MD.
