Dear Rajajaja985

Masturbation is natural. Don't overly worry about it. Also don't overdo it.

Go ahead with your marriage plans and I wish good luck.
Penis size is not a factor in satisfaction level.
It is intimacy and love.
Secondly even a penis with erect length of 2 inches can do wonders.
The beginning of vagina contains all those sense endings.
Therefore be assured, you can "DO IT".

Wish you a happy married life.

Psychiatrist Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Masturbation is considered as a part of normal human sexual behaviour and is is very common among young males. It does not have any bad effects on health and does not lead to any medical problems.

Some people have many wrong ideas about masturbation - that it causes ill effects on health like nervous weakness, reduced energy, etc or sexual problems like impotence in the future. All this is not true and these are just myths and misconceptions. Secondly, there can be a lot of normal variations in penis size, and remember that size of the penis is not a major factor in sexual performance.

If you are having excessive anxiety and worry regarding your sexual functioning or if you feel that you are unable to control your masturbation habit, then I would advise you to consult a Psychiatrist for counselling.

Wish you all the best.
