Dear kumaran1111990, IF you see scientific material on masturbation every authority of sex told it to be normal and one of the safest , natural way of releasing sexual tension in youth, in adults when partner is unavailable. masturbation is seen in animals also if they don't have female partner so why you are scared of it. OK enjoyed it if felt sexy you can enjoy in future also till you get married. but with pace and control. you can not leave it totally . as sex is basic human urge. so through out all misconceptions and be positive , have healthy diet, exercise and move ahead in life don't get bothered.
