Hi twoends,
Thanks for posting your query.
It seems you have many wrong ideas about sexuality. Sperm are constantly produced and can not be wasted/stored by the beliefs/squeezing methods.
masturbation has not caused any nerve damage in your penis, it is proven harmless activity.
But you are doing it too frequently, it is making you saturated so you are not having excitement with actual sex. I would advise you to cut down on the frequency rather use it for vaginal sex.
The lack of proper erection or inability to sustain it is called erectile dysfunction.
There are many causes for this- psychological stress, performance anxiety, day to day life stress, dislike for the partner, fatigue, side effects from drugs, diabetes, neuropathies, local problem, hormonal imbalance etc.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any questions I will be happy to answer.
Please close the query if you have no other questions.
Wish you a good health.

Hallo
Thanks for your query. You have been masturbating since you were 14 yrs of age .Please note that masturbation has no negative effects on health whatever effects you notice are due to negative psychological impacts on your mind.So do not worry things will settle down over a period of time .Since you get good erection during sleep there is no chance of erectile dysfunction. You may consult qualified sex therapist to allay your apprehension.
