Masturbation addiction, feeling guilty, exhaustion, stopped masturbating. Will I have premature ejaculation?

Hello Sir! I am 21 years old and I have been masturbating since I was 11 years old and started ejaculating when I was around 15. Sometimes I masturbated even 6 to seven times in a day in a row. It made me highly guilty and exhausted. My mind powers have been drained to a great extent. Since a few days I have stopped masturbating and I am feeling a lot better and more confident about my life. My frustrations are over. But I have one problem if i would be a Premature Ejaculation victim?

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted that you have been indulged in masturbation since almost 11 years.and you feel guilty about it.At the outset let me make clear to you that there is myth in the mind of a common man in society that masturbation is bad for health and affects sexual potency in future. It has been discussed in multiple scientific forums all over the world and proved that masturbation does not have any ill effect on any organ or system of the body nor it affects sexual potency in future. So please remove this feeling of guilt from your mind.and note that it will not lead to Premature Ejaculation.in future.
