Masturbating since 5 years. Having premature ejaculation. Normal size of testis at 22 years of age?

I am 22 years old, i have been masterbuting but stopped since 5 years. Desires have grown and as soon as i see or intend something bad sperm come out but not in large quantity. What is the normal size of testes at this age? After urination in morning when i.come home from university at afternoon i notice a small amount of white liquid? What is it? Is it a problem?

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
noticed discharge from your penis on sexual thoughts.

This is not abnormal at this age and is due to excessive secretion of the peri urethral glands located in urethra.

As regards the size of the testis there is no defined physiological standard of the size of the testisi n relation to the age .It defers from person to person.

If you have any doubt about the size please consult qualified Urologist or Endocrinologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment if required.
