Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in masturbation since many years. .First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems in future. But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scienificaly that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body.
This is a normal for every human being to have sexual satisfaction which is achieved by masturbation in absence of a female partner. So do not worry at all only precaution you have to see that you do not get addicted to it.

General & Family Physician Dr. Achuo Ascensius's  Response
Hello, thanks for using health care magic.
Masturbation has not been shown to have effect on the body. However, during masturbation it is possible to sustained traumatic lesions of the urethra or develop urethritis.
Masturbation is in a bit to satisfy the sexual urge which is a normal feeling after puberty. The problem is becoming addicted because your psychosocial mind set will not be the same again. Severe addiction can lead to frequent stay in bed rooms, frequent touching of genitals consciously or unconsciously and even in public and reduce sexual response to opposite sex.
A good way of cutting this would be by getting a partner or getting yourself busy, avoiding being lonely and avoiding pornographic and or romantic films. However, a strong will is required.
Best regards and hope this helps you.
