Hi,

Greetings.

You will both benefit by counseling from a sex therapist. (Even if one of you meet sex therapist you are on your way to regaining what is missing.)

Some points to note are:
1. If you are getting a hard on while masturbating it means there is no pathology in your device between your two legs.

2. " _ _my gp and he said that i should wait it out _ __ "

Someone replied to his GP, "If the problem was with you I wouldn't mind waiting."
You can see how your relationship is getting affected by procrastination. What is most important is that you both are deprived of healthy sexual well being, which is a God given health tonic.
What the GP meant was there is no abnormality in your genitals.

3. There is 'Sex Joy Therapy' designed by Dr. Ashok Koparday. We use that in such cases.
I know how unnerving it can be when you are about to do the sexual act and lose erection.

An understanding cooperative partner helps. However, if the husband procrastinates (as they usually do) the relationship can turn bitter in otherwise loving couple.

Best wishes,
Dr. Ashok Koparday
