Masturbates, Sexually Active, Lumpy Sperm Upon Ejaculation. Prostatitis?
I am a 39 yr old male. I masturbate frequently (about 4 times a week) and sexually active with my female partner. I am not in any pain or miscomfort, but upon ejaculation, my sperm is 'lumpy' (tapioca like). I have researched many sites and Q&A forums and some say this is normal for a male my age and younger. Some however have mentioned a possibility of prostatitis. Which is more accurate and should I be concerned?

This is due to repeated handling on the genitals during masturbation.This called as hypertrophy.However this is a benign condition & might not require medical supervision.If you have any suspicious symptoms you may take one.Take care.Hope this helps.
