i m married for the last four years and i think i m sufferng from PE because i finsihs in less than one minute.

If you or your partner are distressed about the nature of your rapid ejaculation, you can try medications which have recently come into practice. You can also try non-medication measures like glans squeeze when you feel an orgasm approaching, and probably a local mild anaesthtic cream applied over the glans penis also helps to some extent.
