Mark on the back of calf that has become prominent, tiny eruptions on foot and toe, no itching. What could this be?

I have had a mark on the back of my calf that looks like a hickey ( size of a nickel). I thought it would go away, but it seemed to be more prominent as time progressed. It s probably been about 3 weeks now. Today I looked to see if I noticed them anywhere else. I noticed tinier ones on my foot & near my toe . I m completely clueless. No itching or anything.
