Marfan Syndrome, Aortic Aneurysm Surgery, Suggested Lack Of Fibrin. Treatment?

I need to make an appointment with a Geneticists. A hemotologist told me I have a genetic marker for marfen syndrome. I had an aortic anurysm surgery in 2011. Where and how do I find and make an appointment to find out more about marfen syndrome. I was told my circulatory sysems lacks fibrin for strenght. I have had three anurysms so far.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
One thing is important and that is final confirmation for Marfan syndrome, Diagnosis of this disease is not easy going one has to go with several confirmative criteria, I would advise you to better consult some academic physician, think about the deferential diagnosis too have nice.
