Man boobs even after working out heavily for years, white liquid secretion on squeezing of nipple. Should i be worried?

Hi, I was just curious about something, ever since i was a teen I ve always had man boobs and even after working out heavily for years they still seem to be there. Also any day if I squeeze my nipple or milk glands a tiny bit of white liquid comes from them including the main part as well as the rest of the little bumps. Just curious if I should get it looked at. thanjs

Hi welcome to HCMForum. Asyour description states it appears to be gynaecomastia. female like breast in males. But secretion appears to be unusual. if it is paining it may be due to infection of recent occurance over gynaecomastia.
I advise you to consult a physician they may be relieved by medicines. if large and you want to get rid of it you may consult a plastic surgeon for correction by plastic surgery.
Never try to squeesze or rub them frequently as this may increase the size. thanks for calling.
