You are aware what is hypochondriasis. Unnecessary worry and apprhension about diseases which are not present. Then you must also know how to get out of such thinking. Here comes belief. Every person has to believe in his doctor, otherwise he will run from one doctor to another for cure. And belief in god makes sure that the god will take care of me and therefore nothing untoward will happen to me.

Such thinking and belief is part of life for every person around the world. Then why are you avert to that. That is called belief and positive thinking.

Stop smoking, do exercises, eat moderately and live a healthy living and don't worry. You part is over. God will take care of the rest.

Be happy.
