MRI Spine Cervical Done. What Does Findings Suggest?

at the C5-6 level , there is some loss of height and hydration at te disk . There is some posterior protrusion of the disk . This dose indent the ventral thecal sac . Early disk osteophyte complexes impinge upon the neuroforamina , mildly bilaterally . The facets demonstrate mild degenerative changes . What dose this mean from a MRI Spine Cervical WO Count

These are all age related findings.
Loss of height means decrease in gap between two vertebrae.
Loss of hydration means normal water content of intervertebral disc is decreased.
Posterior protrusion of disc means , herniation of Intervertebral disc in posterior direction from its normal position.
Early osteophyte are bony growths that causes impingement upon neural foramens in both directions.
Facets are bony attachment between two vertebra and that also shows degenerative changes.
