MRI Shows Mucosal Thickening In Bilateral Maxillary Sinuses, Infective Etiology. Meaning Of Scan?

What is the meaning for the following sentence which result of MRI scan . Abnormal T2 hyperintensity mucosal thikening is noted in the bilateral maxillary, ethmoid, frontal and spenoid sinuses, likely of infective/inframmatory etiology. Also suggest me the remedy for the same. Also suggest me the correct doctor /specialist to meet.

It is just the sinusitis you are suffering from. It is not a big problem.
Just take steam as primary precaution and consult board certified ENT specialist.
He will prescribe the medicine for u.
