MRI Report Shows A Little White Specs On My Brain

im 23 years old. i have migraines, back pain . the left side of my face , neck and body tingle and fall asleep on and off all the time. sometimes my right hand feels like it sort of draws up. ive had brain mri , spinal mri, and echo done. the only thing that show up was little white specs on my brain. everything else was normal. im having a spinal tap done in few days. he says if that is normal then whatever that is triggering my migraines is triggering the other but not enough for headache . what are the possibilities for me.

hi;
migrains are tension induced headaches;can you elaborate your lifestyle.at 23 you are too young to have any major illness & that your reports have almost proved.had you been sufferring from any problem in your brain this tingling /falling asleep could have incresaed till now .Anyway get proper investigation done but do keep in mind & try to find out what is the stress that is disturbing you.take care
thanks
