MRI Report - Focal Edema In Musculo Tendinous Junction & Subcortical Erosion In The Anterior

Hi doctor, I got my Left Shoulder MRI reports. It says in the conclusion of the report as below:

1. Focal marrow edema in the musculo-tendinous junction without obvious retraction or fraying of the fibres
2. Focal subcortical erosion in the anterior aspect of head of the humerus

Please help understand this
