Lymph Nodes On Neck, Increasing In Number. Good Medical Care Not Available. Treatment Options?

hi doctors . i am 30 years old and weight around 74 kg and hight 5.9 .. before 6 month i saw one lymph nodes on my neck but now its increasing .. its 4 now but all this is painless .. please adivse me what to do .. because i m in XXXXXX ... here good doctors are not available.. after for month i will go back to my home country .. plz advice my what to do .. i can wait for 4 month or not ..?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection in scalp or ear or throat giving rise to this problem.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
If any source of infection found, go for treatment accordingly.
If require go for complete blood checking with ESR.
If you are not having any other issues like cough, low fever and loss of weight and blood report is normal you can wait for 4 months.
