Thanx for your query
I can feel your concerns
Enlarged lymph node have many causes
Infection and malignancy like lymphoma are most important
Do you have fever, night sweats or weight loss
Do you have any infection in mouth or sorethroat
I Advise you to consult your doctor for examination
You may need fine needle aspiration of swelling or it's biopsy for diagnoses
Wishing you good health
