Lumps On The Thigh And Groin Area. Severe Itching. Reason?

I noticed a small lump on my left thigh which disappeared after a while, leaving a black mark. Similar lumps have been appearing in my groin area, especially on the scrotum, there's one on the penis head, and now on my buttocks. once touched they tend to get very itchy significantly during the night, if ignored they aren't so itchy. But at the same time I feel itchy all over my body especially lower back, inner thigh region, hands and now armpits.
No sexual relations so far.

Hi thanks for writing here.It seems you are suffering from scabies.It is a infection caused by mite called Sarcoptes scabie also known as itch mite.It usually occurs coming in contact with other infected person.Itching is related to allergic reaction to mite .Mite usually wanders at night causing more itching at night. You have to apply pemithrin 5% cream from neck downwards to whole body including your genitals ,nails ,armpits.A single application of whole tube is must.It will make you free from mite.But your itching will persist for few days for which you have tao take antihistamincs at night.Check other family members are affected or not and treat them accordingly.I hope this can solve your problem .Take care.
