Lumps on the inner thigh and slowly going down to the side of leg, swollen ( spasm ), reddish and tender, slight pain

I have lumps on the inner thigh and slowly going down to the side of my leg (inner). They are swollen ( spasm ), reddish and tender. I can feel some slight pain when I press against the area down to the leg in one line. Please advise.
