Hello, The swelling arised on your palate can be due to lesions of smoking. Biopsy of the lesion will help to give an exact diagnosis. Quit the habit of smoking. Maintain oral hygiene well. Take plenty of water and fluids. Vitamin becosules,c,iron and folic acid tablets has to be administered. Maintain oral hygiene well. Rinse your mouth after every meals. Please do visit a dentist for further reference. Hope this helps.
