Lumps Near Hip Bone, Have Been Doing Some Uncomfortable Lifting. Is This Hernia Or Stress Of Moving Things?

Hi, I ve just noticed 2 small pea sized bumps just to the left and the other right next to my right hip bone . I was doing some uncomfortable lifting as I was moving furniture into a van as I m moving out. Was wondering if its a hernia or maybe due to the stress of moving these past few weeks? I m really not sure and can get to a doctor until Monday. Thanks
