Lumps in clitoris, creamy color discharge. Are they warts?

Hi I have small grainy lumps on my labia minora just above the hood of my clitorus, they are more prominent when I stretch the skin and this is when they feel bumpy and look a creamy colour when you stretch the skin. They are symmetrical on both sides of my labia, I first noticed them about a year ago, however I think they may be more prominent now, although I can t be sure of this or if I m just more paranoid about them now. I started checking them almost daily for the last 6 weeks and I think I have a few more, but if they have increased or grown they are still very small, I m worried they might be warts , but they don t look anything like the pictures I ve found on the Internet, as they are all individual spots rather than a cluster joining together, do you have any ideas what it might be? Thank you

Thanks for sending your query.

From the description it seems, these could be fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are nothing but ectopic sebaceous or oil glands and require no treatment at all. However a differentiation from genital warts is required, hence a visit to dermatologist is recommended.

Hope that answers your query. Take care.
