Lump Or Wart Near Anus, No Itchiness, Not Had Sex. Is It A Hemorrhoid?

Hi, I have noticed a little pump or wart around, a little inside, of my anus area. Is just one little wart and I don t feel ichy or any disconfort. I don t think is genital wart because I haven t have sex for 5 years and I didn t have anal sex when I had been with someone. I don t have wart or pumps anywhere else my genitals, so what is it? is it a hemorrhoid? Thank you
