Lump On Top Of Penis After Circumcising. Normal?

Hello, thank you very much for providing perfect service and help.
I have been curcumscized for about 4 weeks now. Today I realized that there is a lump on the top of my penis located on the shaft. Near the head of the penis. I will be seeing the surgeon soon but feel very worried. Please provide some type of feedback.
The doc said the healing process is perfect and discharged me from further appts but it seems that the lump started today.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone circumcision 4 weeks back and have noticed lump near coronal sulcus .

Mostly this seems to be granuloma that follows as a reaction to suture material that has been used to suture the penile skin with inner layer of foreskin.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

It takes 6-8 weeks to get absorbed.and complete healing.
