Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
First of all whether lump is from soft tissues or bone this has to be ascertained by physical examination by doc.-if it is mobile sort it is likely to be soft tissue,if hard ,immobile possibly bone-then X ray skull has to be done to rule out.Is the size stationary or increasing, any pulsation or throbbing? any history of injury? since how long lump noticed?treatment depends on these queries. In meantime take diclofenac sodium tab 50 mg thrice a day after meals and omeprazole 40 mg once empty stomach in morning
