Lump On Testicle. Why Have Balls Swollen Up?
I have found a lump on my right testical, it is the higher testical im 14 really scared and its a small lump when i wiggle it around it does hurt in my lower stomach or if i push down on it, When i have Ejaculated No Blood or anything has come out i ve had this lump for about 4 years, about 4 years ago my Balls had swollen up and became very big but now they went back to normal and i think it may be a side effect from that, Please help me im really scared and ive told my dad to get me a appointment asap.

Hi Dear thanks for your question,your 14 years old you have lump on side of your groin and this swelling is there from last four years and 4 years back your testis on right side was swollen.dear relax this is congenital inguinal hernia,on right side ,This needs a small surgical procedure called as hernitomy,and you will be free from this symptoms
