Lump On Nipple Of Breast, Pain After Squeezing White Head On Nipple. Any Ideas?

It looks like I have a lump or pimple on the nipple of my right breast. I am 55 and I am still getting my period. My breast starting aching about 4-5 days ago. I have ignored it until right now. When I first looked on the side of the nipple, I thought I saw a whitehead, I squeezed it and I just caused more pain. Nothing came out. Do you have any ideas?
