Lump On Lower Back After Suffering From Severe Constipation

I have recently had a case of severe constipation and I am beginning to return to normal with a high fiber diet and lots of exercise, but I just noticed that I have a small lump on the left dimple of the small of my back. It is causing me some pain, but nothing too serious. I am not experiencing any other symptoms besides what i mentioned. Could I have cancer? I m only 17 years old.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
Did the limp appear recently. Is it soft to touch. Does it have any colour. How big is it. You need to tell me these things before we can commit to anything. Continue your good diet habits with rich fibre and also your exercise regime which is working well I suppose. Also drink plenty of water. Don't worry about the swelling. You may visit the Doctor and get it examined and discuss the treatment options.
