I have had a lump the size of a large pea or my fingertip on the right hand side of upper vaginal area, right next to my clitoris, for a couple of years now. It doesn t hurt but it may be getting gradually larger, but I m not sure, and if it is, it is a very slow, very small amount of growth. I haven t been able to see it, and I can t feel if someone is touching it, I can only feel it myself because it doesn t feel any different than any other spot as far as sensation from the outside. It is attached securely to what I believe to be the muscle and my skin moves freely over it and can be pinched above it, therefore there is no sort of head to it as a pimple might have and there is no color or very visible bump as far as I can see. It is, however, not very flat so it wiggles a little when pressed on, and you have to press down slightly in order to feel it. What might this be?
