Lump On Eyebrow, Red And Painful, Swelling Around Ear Towards Jawline, Tingling. Reason?

Hello, I am a 31yr old male and i have developed a strange lump on my eyebrow, that has been painful and getting a little redder each day. I have also been experiencing some swelling around my ear area and towards my jawline. This same side of my face has been tingling and painful to touch. It doesnt seem to be getting worse but im not sure what it could be.

Welcome to HCM
Greetings of the day
You seem to have developed infection over the eyebrow which could be due to infection of hair follicle. The swelling in front of ear is due to enlarged lymph node which has occurred secondary to infection. Apply Bactroban ointment over eyebrow along with Augmentin tablet taken orally. If swelling still persists then Consult a Surgeon.
Take care
