Lump On Bikini Line, Hardness. Cause?
Hi I have a lump on my bikini line - it is strange as although its a lump. It feels like its under the lump that is hard. It was purple in colour - read threads that say it may be an ingrown hair - would this cause a lump? I burst it and first yellow and then a lot of blood . Is this dangerous? It not bleeding anymore and never hurt. Lump has become smaller and purple colour changed to red. I had something similar before but smaller this was pea size this time - last time it was a long hair but I can t find a hair now and may have a little hole left to remind me!!! Any ideas?

From the charcters of lump which you have described,it look like that most probably it is a boil that is infection of hair follicle.Yellow materail most probably could be puss,which you have squeezed out.
I would suggest you to consult a physician who may be able to examine you and tell you what exactly this lump is?He/She may prscribe you drugs for this lump.

lump along bikni line may be due to, either irritant reaction due to bikni elastic or due to occlusion by tight bikni.
as you say you popped a few lesions and there was blood and pus in it, this means they are infected.
you must meet a dermatologist and take a course of antibiotics.
