Lump on back right shoulder, causing severe pain, x-ray normal. Suggestion?

well for about 10 months now notice lumb on back right shoulder blade stated hurting pretty bad, plus all inside and surrounding area, and anyway we to dr and had xray nothing in the bone got some imflam-meds so i have to get a utra sounf to see if something is in the mus. but it hurts and very annoying help thank you Dr

As xray is normal bony lesion is ruled out. Other possibilities that may need to be considered include enlarged bursa, lipomas, cysts, growths from underlying connective tissue etc.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get the ultrasound and FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) of lump under his/her guidance.
