Lump On Back Left Head. Stiffness And Hurts, When Head Turned. Suggestion?

i have a bruise like lump on the back left of my head (hurts when i press on it) and then one inch above that a small bump. The left side of my neck is stiff and hurts when i turn my head to the far right. I have no fever or headaches . Neck has been this way for four days or so and I just realized the bruise/bump yesterday.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
There may be possibility of localized bruise formation or hematoma formation in neck muscle.
Presence of pain aggravating on neck movement suggests the diagnosis.
You should consult with general physician and should go for thorough check up.
You should also apply analgesic ointment along with hot fomentation for speedy recovery.
You should also take muscle relaxants.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
