Lump In Preauricular Area, Limited Hearing. What Could Be Done?

Hello,
I think I have a lump in my preauricular area, and according to some research online, it is caused by a big amount of earwax that would then lead to an infection inside my ear.
The thing is, my hearing recently has been limited which I think is because of this lump.
Is there anything I could do to get my hearing back to normal and reduce or get rid of the lump?

hi..
you had impacted wax, and which is removed.. and you have decreased hearing..
see your ENT surgeon if your tympanic membrane is ruptured.. that will lead to impaired hearing..
see your ENT surgeon for the management..
