Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Fistula-in-ano.
Having hemorrhoid is less likely as it is ave from anus.
There might be possibility of having ingrown hair follicle infection turning into forming abscess.
Consult surgeon and get physically examined.
Ok and take care.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Your description, if it is correct, clearly shows bleeding hemorrhoid between your anus and vagina. But you need to confirm with a surgeon. Bleeding could happen also to recurring abscess (internal or external) with stinging pain.
Both are completely curable through modern medicine.
Good luck and get well soon.
