Lump Between The Shoulder Blades Right Below The Neck. MRI Is OK.

what could be wrong if there is swelling or a lump between the shoulder blades right below the neck. I am 39 female and I wiegh 150lbs I am 5 foot 4. Sometimes I have problems with my shoulders and neck; when I move them it hurts tremendously. Other than that my health is fine. I had a MRI and a nerve test and they came back clear.
