Lump Between Scrotum And Anus, Sometimes Itches. Had Perianal Abcess Removed. Is It Coming Back Again?
i have this iump between my scrotum and anus it itches sometimes , i've had two er physicians look at it they just said not to worry about it but i do , i had a perianal abcess removed a couple of years ago and was told it could come back internally is this the return of this, i'm really concerned and also diabetic type 1, it doesn't hurt just a little uncomfortable at times .

From history it seems that you might be having fistula in ano giving recurrence.
As you are diabetic, do not ignore and get examined by surgeon.
You may require surgery to get parmenent recovery.
Avoid constipation.
