Lump Below Penis, Bending When Erect. Help

I am 24 years, i think i have pyronie s syndrome . while flaccid, there is a little lump below my penis , in its lower half end near glans . while erect my penis is bent downwards from middle toward the end, i mean from the base, shaft direction is upward, but along the length it goes downwards starting from the middle, making an ARC like structure. Please help me.

Urologist 's  Response
From your description, it is very likely that you have Peyronie's disease as you have mentioned in your question. Have you got pain associated with erections. Are you able to perform intercourse and is it uncomfortable to you or to your partner due to the bending in your penis. If there is pain on erection, then you might want to see the urologist who might prescribe you medications. This does not cure the bend but in some people it slows down progressive bending. Once the bending is stable for atleast 1 year, then you may need surgery to correct it only if it causing difficulty in intercourse as the surgery is associated with some shortening of penis

General Surgeon Dr. Suhith G Rao's  Response
hello sir,
The bent nature of your penis when erect with a swelling just below the glans is unlikely to be peyronie disease.Curvature of erect penis in the downward direction could be a dorsal chordee. Now,This is just a finding and the cause for this needs to be evaluated and hence i recommend you see your urologist for the same.
All the best
