Lump Above Testicle And Near EPididymis. What Are They?
I have a small lump above my left testical and near The ePididymis and then two small lumps connected to the epididymis via what feels like string , these lumps are hard and painless and move able, the lump above my left testical is not moveable and not connected via the same string like structure. What s you diagnosis?

the swelling near the epididymis could be the epididymal cyst. and the other two small lumps feeling like string could be any infection.

There are many conditions like epididymal cyst,beginning of vericocele,hydrocele,testcular growth.
You need to get a scrotal ultrasound, which will take you less time than googling or visiting a bunch of sites. The ultrasound is the only conclusive method, it is quick and painless as well as being non-invasive.
FNAC (fine needle aspiration biopsy) also will be helpful to rule out the diagnosis.
Consult surgeon for diagnosis and better medical management.
