Lower stomach, back pain, nausea, mild fever, headache and lightheadedness. Have spotting. Help?

About 2 1/2 - 3 weeks ago I experienced some spotting, and I got lower stomach and back pains accompanied by lightheadedness . That all stopped, now for the past 4 days I have sharp pains in my left side, and today they continue with nausea , a mild fever, and a headache . The pains in my side seem to be worse in the evenings. Can you help?

Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described can be due to pregnancy. You need to get your urine tested for pregnancy to find this out.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
