Lower Neck Hurting, Sore At Bottom Of Lip, Swollen Tonsil

last week i woke up and my lower neck towards my right sholder was hurting i thought i slept wrong but after a week it still hasn't went away , if i look down and too the right it hurts a lot . then 3 days after this incident i woke up to a canker sore at the bottom of my lip almost 2 days after that happend my right tonsil is swollen however i can swollow and breath fine. i have been studying for exams for the last 2 weeks and have no time to see a professional can u help? also the tonsil doesn't hurt me however it is swollen and i can feel it whenever i look down , any help?

Thanks for writing to us.

Sore at bottom of lip may be of a p h thous ulcer type.

I would advice you to apply corticosteroid topical gel on the affected area.

Avoid tobacco chewing,spicy foods,exposure to heavy sunlight.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Regarding swollen tonsil ,please do visit an E N T Specialist.
